OUR MISSION
We deliver removables having the perfect look and fit on time, consistently. We, both owners and denturists, are very confident in our quality, and by nature we reduce chair time to a minimum. We stand behind our products, whether it is a simple bite block or hybrid case.
FLEXI
We’re trying to keep our flexible partials in a range of two visits schedule ( FIRST: impression or scan with bite and shade, SECOND: delivery). Some complicated cases like anterior esthetics or lack of teeth to define the bite need another appointment. Most of our flexible partials are computer designed, so the fit is up to your needs as well as created by us continue clasp boosts stability in many cases.
METAL
Metal frames are computer designed, laser printed (cast method available by request) but even if it fits on the model perfectly as all of our cases we recommend trying in before finish.
Hybrid partials allows for tooth-colored or tissue-colored clasps to be used in combination with a framework and bracing elements to improve the appearance of the partial denture.
FULL
For toothless patients, digital printed prototypes followed by monomer free digital printed dentures will give the patient feeling of a real feeling dentures during try in visit and by sending us 360 scan we can keep it in 3 appointments.

HYBRID
Besides zirconia hybrids, and titanium barr finished with acrylic we offer two more solution for implant supported restoration.
~BAR-IN, like a traditional hybrid one piece screw retained, not different aesthetically and mechanically from other hybrids, however flange for lip support isn’t available (keep in mind that mandibular bone after extraction dwindle at labially aspect), requires office visits every 6 months for cleaning, very hard to keep hygiene by patient, what may result in lost of implants.
~BAR-OUT, when the bar (tissue color with certain flexibility, very easy to be replaced if needed also allows to clean area around the implants) is screw retained and patient receives TWO clip on or hold by plunger lock appliances, which can be removed and cleaned by patient periodically and wear alternatively. In addition if any service is needed to an appliance, it can be sent to laboratory while patient wears a spare one. No office visits required. Flange at labial and buccal aspects can be created to fulfill patients needs whereas lingual flanges may be as thin as 0.5 mm. Bar-out option is also supplemented with super night guard. While patient removes appliance, can replace it with night guard at the same VDO as the denture with no cusp interlock witch provides free movements at night, relax and lots of elasticity delivered from about 7+ mm thickness of the super splint.
CHAIR SIDE
We have denturists from East Europe in the lab, if chair side assistance is needed, they are available. Our goal is to save time/visit/money, but priority is to have perfect fit and look on time … and consistency;) for three parties (office, patient and us), if you are on the same page don’t hesitate to call any of our numbers.

Founder
Wojciech Sobkowicz owns and operates the HighEnd Dental Laboratory in NJ, a boutique operation specializing exclusively in removable thermoplastic appliances. Mr Sobkowicz graduated from a dental school in Cracow, Poland, and then moved to the US. In 1999 he became a Valplast processor and dedicated his professional life to flexible restorations. As a Valplast/TCS specialist he worked in a number of dental labs in NY, including Aesthetic Dental Lab and American Dental (Bronx location), and in NJ, including Trio Dental Lab and Aqua Dent. During 2014-16 he traveled through Europe teaching hands-on courses and sharing his expertise in unbreakable materials used for removable restorations.
In 2018 Mr Sobkowicz developed a method of manufacturing FULL DENTURES out of Valplast and other resins, keeping them unbreakable, flexible and paper-thin. These dentures are the lightest type of dentures. Patients state that flexible palate lets them feel the taste of food better. Material used to create the body of the denture - nylon - is clinically unbreakable, so HighEnd Dental Laboratory covers the products with lifetime warranty. In addition to full dentures, Mr Sobkowicz created a way to install implant/attachment matrices in full and partial appliances.
Flexible partials were first developed in the early 1950s. Arpad Nagy of New York commercialized the first nylon-based flexible partial denture system, called Valplast, in 1953. Since then many attempts were made by numerous dental labs (even by Valplast Corporation itself) to manufacture full dentures made out of injectable nylon without any success until 2018 when Mr Sobkowicz developed the successful manufacturing method.
In 2020/2021 Mr. Sobkowicz, isolated in his lab due to the pandemic, continued his R&D passion for innovative solutions in the area of removable prosthesis, in particular hybrid appliances. He developed a method to make implant-supported dentures and bridges, screw-retained appliances, All-on-4s, and other hybrids out of injectable, FDA approved dental resins, keeping them totally unbreakable in mouth environment. He trademarked the invention.
